Refund policy

In order to ensure your total satisfaction, a Customer or a recipient of a gift of Luxe Grillz (“Luxe”) products may return Luxe products in accordance with the return and exchange policy set forth below.

1. Return Period

Please do not order without careful consideration. Keep in mind that our products are delicately handmade to the highest standards and take many days to finish. From the day a customer receives their set of custom grillz, the customer has 24-hours to notify us if there are any fitment issues or if the order was not made to specifications. We reserve the right to make adjustments on the finished grillz to get them to fit properly, free of charge, if there are any fitment issues.

All sales are final after 24-hours of receipt of the finished product and Luxe reserves the right to address each timely return claim on a case-by-case basis, pending review of the order details and specifications.

2. Refunds or Exchanges

Luxe creates custom products only. Absolutely no refund or exchange on custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Cancellation

Once ordered, Luxe begins the order-fulfillment and manufacturing process for your custom grillz. Mold kits are shipped or molds are taken in-person, designs created, and other services performed. If you decide to cancel your order prior to receipt of the finished product, you will be entitled to the return of 25% - 50% of the total purchase price, depending on the extent of work that has been performed. As each piece is custom made, Luxe reserves the right to determine the return payment amount on a case-by-case basis. If the grillz are being manufactured or are already completed, you will not receive a refund on your purchase. This clause applies if you are buying grillz for yourself or another recipient. Again, please order with careful consideration.

Unless an agreed-upon payment plan has been established with you and the Luxe Grillz team before you order, we reserve the right to melt down your grillz and keep your deposit if you have not completed full payment within 14 days of when the grillz are done being manufactured. 

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH LUXE GRILLZ IF YOU THINK THERE IS A CHANCE YOU MIGHT CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

4. Defective products

Luxe is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.

If nevertheless you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to Luxe Grillz. Upon receipt of your grillz, Luxe may classify the returned product as a defective product. If this is the case, Luxe Grillz has the opportunity to fix/repair the damaged/defective grillz and return to you, while covering the cost of all repairs and shipping. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. All damages and concerns must be presented to the Luxe Grillz team, via email, within 24 hours of when you receive your grillz. 

If your product is declared as defective by Luxe Grillz, the following solutions will be proposed to the customer, as applicable:

  1. Luxe may send you the same product
  2. Luxe may propose an exchange for another Luxe creation of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference, or
  3. You may request a refund of the full price of your initial purchase. The details pertaining to your refund request will be evaluated by the Luxe Grillz team to determine if you qualify for a refund and what % of your purchase will be refunded. 

Method of Payment:

If you are granted a refund by a Luxe Grillz representative, it is our policy to only issue refunded funds to the original method of payment. This means, Luxe Grillz will only issue refunded funds to the card in which the original purchase was made. Please be advised that Luxe Grillz does not issue refunds to any other individual, a different card, nor any third-party payment method (this is not limited to, but includes: Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, CashApp, etc).

All products offered for sale through this website, including any custom-designed pieces invoiced separately, are fashion accessories intended solely for aesthetic use.

Customers are expressly advised not to smoke, eat, or sleep while wearing the grillz.

When not in use, grillz must be stored on the supplied dental model. Failure to follow these care instructions will void warranties and limit remedies. By purchasing or wearing our products, you acknowledge and accept these use and care requirements.
